The Inside Sales Support Engineer works in conjunction the Customer Support Director and the Sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. This position includes creating specialized sales reports, following up on sales plans and programs, and providing technical expertise and advice to customers. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships both internally and with customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales cycle.

• 5+ years’ experience in a technical sales role

• Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users

• Develop long-term customer relationships to be able to identify customer needs and sales opportunities to help in future growth

• Work with the Customer and Ondas Customer Support Director to develop post-sales training and support plans

• Support sales in responding to Customer RFI, RFP, and RFQ requests for new and/or existing customers

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while also able to handle multiple priorities

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

• Ability to maintain a professional relationship and image with customers, suppliers, and internal employees

• Ability to travel up to 30%
