Determine key process for implementing improvements and develop procedures and controls to eliminate failures found in QA testing and by customers. Develop key quality metrics collection and monitor and track trends related to continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Audit and qualify supplier quality and performance. Maintain supplier SCAR resolutions. Address quality issues both internally, at suppliers, and those raised by customers. Respond to customer generated SCARs and address through 8D and root cause analysis.

• Create internal teams as needed to address customer’s concerns and provide timely resolution to reported problems

• Act as ECO representative for QA and ensure ECOs are implemented in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide guidance and training to stock clerk and/or receiving clerk for incoming inspection
