As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. The role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

• Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
