We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will provide assistance across different service areas, process transactions, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from private and corporate customers, partners, and providers.
- Carry out service operations related to customer inquiries, claims, and support processes.
- Make outbound calls when necessary to provide updates and ensure follow-ups.
- Accurately process and manage requests in the workflow management system.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support emergency situations by providing timely assistance.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- High school diploma, university coursework, or degree.
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
- Experience in customer service (preferred).
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with technology and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Knowledge of English (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
