We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will provide assistance across different service areas, process transactions, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from private and corporate customers, partners, and providers.
  • Carry out service operations related to customer inquiries, claims, and support processes.
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to provide updates and ensure follow-ups.
  • Accurately process and manage requests in the workflow management system.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support emergency situations by providing timely assistance.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and customer service delivery.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • High school diploma, university coursework, or degree.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service (preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of English (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
