The Technical Customer Trainer is the primary resource to develop and deliver technical training sessions for both Ondas customers and internal teams. This position requires working closely with Sales and Customer Support to determine custom curriculums, training scheduling, and training logistics. Training sessions may be held both virtually and in person. Training material development includes product user manuals.

• 3+ years’ experience in a technical training role, preferably with electrical engineering and/or RF background either through experience or education

• Work cross functionally to acquire source material to develop presentations and documentation

• Maintain an advanced level of product knowledge and customer applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate technology to both business and technical users

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

• Ability to maintain a professional relationship and image with customers and internal employees

• Ability to travel up to 30%
